Momento SALZBURG - Exhibition of historical preservation

From 12th to 14th January 2012 an international exhibition for historical preservation will take place for the first time at the Salzburg Arena. Our restoration team from Kuhn will be there! The exhibition, which is open to the public, stands under the motto «Emotion and Material». The main theme «wood» has been selected for the first event.
The exhibition will take place on the initiative of organisers from Austria, South Tyrol and Bavaria. Besides offering an insight into the current state of historical preservation in a variety of fields, the exhibition offers an introduction to traditional restoration methods and products. In addition Salzburg offers the opportunity to share expertise among professionals from other disciplines. In the future the exhibi-tion will be held every two years.
At our stand the Master Organ Builders Wolfgang Rehn and Robert Kleine will be present to give information and engage in conversation in our specialist field. With the aid of current projects, which we will present in text and pictures, we wish to address specific questions of organ restoration together with our visitors. The presentation of our publications will also give a further insight into the work of our restoration department.
