This organ was repaired or cleaned in 1887 by a certain Messmer (?) and in 1897, 1904 and 1920 by Carl Theodor Kuhn.

On the recommendation of P. Stephan Koller (Einsiedeln) the organ was replaced in 1937 by the instrument that Carl Theodor Kuhn had built in 1921 for the parish church in Gähwil (SG). The transfer and reconstruction work was carried out by Gebr. Späth. That organ was then replaced by a new Mathis instrument in 1994.
