The organ with its case was probably built in 1804 by Carlen for the old baroque church in Châtel-St-Denis. In 1876, it was transferred to the new parish church and eventually sold to Palézieux in 1892. Surprisingly the organ possessed a front in the original baroque style which was doubled by a front in neo-Gothic style (Savoy d'Attalens). Kuhn took on the instrument in 1924 and built a new organ behind the double front.
The case was destroyed in 1949 and «modernised».
On the photo you can see the old double case in the background.
