Light sets the tone

The element of light is a prominent feature of the interior of Walchwil Church. It shines from all directions in this building, which is paneled on all sides in glass. We wanted to do justice to the special atmosphere of this Protestant Church.

The organ facade is free-standing between the concrete pillars, and the console is only connected to the case by means of the filigree action. This light instrument, almost floating in space, does not detract from the brightness of the church. Light, organ and space combine to create a harmonic balance.

The space for this instrument was very limited. Thanks to the two manuals, a cleverly worked out stoplist with double-draws and a transmission, a multitude of registration combinations are possible. With the Octavbass 8 ' the Pedal even has its own stop available for trio and cantus firmus literature.
